CaptivateIQ’s Rose Bowl Prize Package Sweepstakes — Official Rules
These Official Rules govern the “CaptivateIQ’s Rose Bowl Prize Package” sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”). By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding.
1. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to legal residents of the 48 United States and the District of Columbia, excluding residents of New York and Florida, who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void in New York, Florida, and where prohibited. Employees, officers, directors, and agents of Sponsor and its affiliates, and the immediate family and household members of each, are not eligible.
2. Sponsor; Administrator
Sponsor: CaptivateIQ, Inc., 548 Market Street, PMB 145518, San Francisco, CA, 94104.
Administrator: Sponsor.
3. Promotion Period
The Promotion Period begins at 12:00:00 a.m. PT on Tuesday, October 14, 2025 and ends at 11:59:59 p.m. PT on Thursday, October 16, 2025. Sponsor’s clock is the official timekeeping device.
4. How to Enter (No Purchase Necessary)
A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. During the Promotion Period, have your badge scanned by an employee of Sponsor to submit the entry form in full. Limit one (1) entry per person/email/household. Automated or mass-entry submissions are prohibited and will be disqualified. Proof of submission does not constitute proof of receipt.
5. Prize and Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
1 Grand Prize package for winner and 1 guest, scheduled in connection with the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl Game dates in Pasadena, California, currently planned for December 30, 2025 through January 2, 2026, consisting of:
- Official Rose Bowl Game Ticket x2
- Official all‑inclusive pregame hospitality included with game tickets
- Hotel accommodations: 3 nights at Pasadena Hotel & Pool; check‑in 3:00 p.m. PT Monday, 12/30/2025; check‑out 12:00 p.m. PT Thursday, 01/02/2026
- Breakfast included on January 1, 2026
- Official Rose Parade Ticket with reserved, assigned seats outside the hotel (Parade begins 8:00 a.m. PT on January 1, 2026)
- Rose Bowl guided stadium tour (highlights may include Court of Champions, Press Box viewing, and field access)
- Official Rose Bowl souvenir
- On Location New Year’s Eve Celebration (exclusive experience featuring a Rose Bowl legend, entertainment, food, drinks, and autograph/photo opportunities; celebrates East Coast New Year’s to accommodate the morning parade schedule)
- Deluxe motorcoach transportation between included destinations
Total ARV: $8,970. Actual value may vary based on availability and factors beyond Sponsor’s control; winner will not receive the difference between actual value and ARV. Prize is non‑transferable, not redeemable for cash, and no substitution is permitted except by Sponsor if any prize element becomes unavailable, in which case a prize of equal or greater value will be provided. Travel/transport not expressly listed above (e.g., airfare to/from Pasadena, baggage fees, incidentals, additional meals, gratuities, personal charges) is the sole responsibility of winner and guest.
6. Travel/Attendance Conditions
Winner and guest must be able to attend on the dates specified. If winner cannot attend, the prize (or applicable portion) may be forfeited. Guest must be 18+ (or a minor traveling with winner as parent/legal guardian, as permitted by venue policies). Winner and guest must comply with all venue, event, and transportation provider rules, including security, safety, health, and conduct requirements. If any event or portion of the prize is delayed, postponed, or canceled for any reason beyond Sponsor’s control, that portion has no cash value; Sponsor will award remaining components, if any.
7. Winner Selection; Odds; Notification
On or about Friday, October 17, 2025, Administrator will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received to select 1 potential winner. Odds depend on the number of eligible entries received. Potential winner will be notified by email and/or phone and must respond within 48 hours. Potential winner may be required to complete, sign, and return an Affidavit of Eligibility, Liability/Publicity Release, IRS Form W‑9, and any other documentation within 5 business days of notification. Sponsor may require proof of residency; entrants determined to be residents of New York or Florida are ineligible and will be disqualified. If potential winner fails to timely respond or complete required documents, is deemed ineligible, or prize is undeliverable, Sponsor may select an alternate.
8. Taxes
Winner is solely responsible for all federal, state, and local taxes and any other costs and expenses not expressly stated as included. If required by law, Sponsor will issue an IRS Form 1099‑MISC to the winner for the value of the prize. Winner should consult a tax professional.
9. General Conditions
Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes (or any portion) if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Sweepstakes. Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual who tampers with the entry process or violates these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding.
10. Release and Limitation of Liability
By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Administrator, event organizers, ticket issuers, hospitality providers, transportation providers, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and all of their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.
11. Publicity
Except where prohibited, participation constitutes consent to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of winner’s name, likeness, photograph, voice, opinions, biographical information, and city/state of residence for promotional purposes in any media, worldwide, without further payment or consideration.
12. Privacy
Personal information collected will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy at https://www.captivateiq.com/privacy-policy, including to administer the Sweepstakes.
13. Disputes; Governing Law
These Official Rules and the Sweepstakes are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to conflicts of law principles. Entrants agree that any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action, and exclusively in the state or federal courts located within San Francisco County, California.
14. Trademarks and Third‑Party Disclaimer
The Rose Bowl, Rose Parade, Tournament of Roses, NCAA, and On Location names, logos, and related marks are the property of their respective owners. This promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, or administered by, or associated with, those entities. They are not responsible for the administration of this Sweepstakes.
