  • Employee Hub: The centralized user profile provides admins with a comprehensive snapshot of each user's attributes, plan assignments, payouts, documents, and status across plans and roles.
  • User Directory: The user directory combines users and their role information in a single place, allowing admins to manage roles, licenses, and associations in one interface.
  • Bulk Editing: Bulk editing allows for quick, efficient updates to multiple users at once with just a few clicks.

Streamlined Plan Management for Better Decision Making

We've reimagined plan management to provide instant insights and faster execution. The new Plan Overview Page delivers critical metrics at a glance, from year-to-date commissions to latest payouts. With detailed change logs and error notices, admins can quickly identify and resolve issues before they impact payouts.

Smarter Capabilities for Faster Payroll Processing 

The best compensation processes are the ones you don't have to think about. We're introducing payroll processing capabilities that eliminate repetitive tasks and expedite time–to-payroll. These include:

  • Advanced Filtering: Saved custom filters allow admins to create and save custom filters for commonly used scenarios, like checking payouts over a certain amount. Admins can easily access it from the saved filters dropdown for repeated use.
  • Payout Error Tracing: Payout errors are now surfaced directly within the new payouts experience, with a dedicated errors tab that groups and organizes issues for easy identification.
  • Payroll Grouping with Global Attributes: Users can now segment payees in payroll groups based on shared global attribute values, making commission processing more streamlined and efficient.
  • User Filtering: Admins can filter users by attributes like license status, employee ID, role type, commission plans, and final process date.

Going Global: Enhanced Language Support

As organizations continue to expand globally, we're proud to announce support for Polish, German, and Japanese languages, making Quotient truly international.
